I Am 37 Years Old.I Was Suffering With Hypothyroid Since

I am 37 years old.I was suffering with hypothyroid since from 2006.its just 12.5 mcg tabulate I was suggested. I have taken ayurveda treatment in 2011-12 for almost 2 years.now from that two years I am not taking any tabulate for tyriod .and now Ayurveda treatment was also completed. My report s are normal .but I have little bit tension of reoccurring of hypotyriod because my alopethy Dr.said thyroid tabs must be taken for lifetime. Plz I want experts advice..
