I Am 37 Years Old.my Last Period Was On Ist

I am 37 years old.my last period was on ist week of September2016 , now period is not coming.i consult gyanic doctor she suggested me for tablets cyclenorm p&e for 3 days and after this she suggested for ultrasound and continue yamini tablet from 5th day of period for 21 days.after urine test it is confirmed i am not pregnant. I am also confirmed I m not pregnant since I made sex one time(from September to till now) before 21 days.so I should take these tablets or not
