I Am 38 Weeks Pregnant And For The Past 2/3

I am 38 weeks pregnant and for the past 2/3 months I've been getting these pimple like bumps on my buttocks then they smooth out and turn to purple scars it's now like I have a break out on my butt! HELP it's extremely embarrassing and i don't know what to do about it!
