I Am 38 Years Old A Diabetics Since 6 Year

I am 38 years old a diabetics since 6 year on medication of 500mg metamorfin, diatab & janovia. Facing start facing ED since 3 months. Need suggestions to cure ED as my diabetic is under control by drugs, diet & regularly excercise.Should I take medicine for ED or wait for its cure. I am married & father of 2 sons.
