I Am 38 Years Old And I've Had BHP On

I am 38 years old and I've had BHP on and off for many years. I have been on various medications that have worked in the past, though nothing seems to be working now. I'm currently on flomax and it's not really effective. I am sexually out of order and any attempt at arousal brings even more pain and discomfort followed by a tightening of the leg muscles and tingling throughout my thigh and legs. I have an ulrasound coming in September, I told my Dr. that the Flomax isn't working but he said to continue taking it. I'm really frustrated and don't know what else to do. I feel like an old man. I just want to get well and go back to a normal life.
