I Am 38 Years Old And Had Done A Cbc

I am 38 years old and had done a cbc test three weeks ago and the esr level was 78. The doctor prescribed me Metrodinazole and Cephalexine for 7 days; two weeks later another blood test shows esr level 146. Could that indicate that I have a serious decease like cancer; as an inflammation or infection should have been faught to an extent after taking antibiothics for 7 days.
