I Am 38weeks Pregnant And I Am Young I Am

I am 38weeks pregnant and I am young I am 16. My back hurts horribly and I'm 100% effaced and last time I went to my doctor he told me that I was a fingertip dialated... I went to the hospital not to long ago and was hurting really bad and they gave me a shot and sent me home...then they told me if I came back they would let me go into labor. What should I do? Should I go to the hospital? I hurt in my pelvic area also...
