I Am 39 Years Female And I Suffer From Neck

I am 39 years female and I suffer from neck and head pain and anxiety problems. I have been getting pedal oedema since the last 2-3 months (sedentary, desk job). During a visit to a doctor, my bp was 146/90. had it checked on 3 occasions later and it was normal (130/80, 120/80, 110/70). Yesterday again it was 140/90 and the doc advised me to start with asomex 2.5 mg once a day after dinner. I am overweight by 20 kgs and do 1 hour of yoga 3-4 times a week. What can I do to stop medication for bp?
