I Am 39 Years Old And Have Been On Depot

I am 39 years old and have been on depot provera injections for 13 years with no period until 6 months ago. I only stop bleeding for a week after my injection and the on my period every day. About a year ago, I started to have bed soaking night sweats. What can cause this?
