I Am 39+1 Weeks And I Am Coughing Up Green

I am 39+1 weeks and I am coughing up green mucous. I could go into labor at any moment and do not want to take antibiotics if I don't have to. The cough honestly isn't bothering me too bad, it's just the green phlegm that is making me worry. Am I ok to wait until after birth to take something if I need to?
