I Am 3weeks Gone I Used 1cytotec Orally And 1

I am 3weeks gone I used 1cytotec orally and 1 ,varginally in the night ,I saw blood clot the next morning when I woke up,it went on like that for 24hrs ,later I had discharge with little blood for 1week now am having discharge like am ovulating,my question is that I want to be sure if the abortion was successful?
