I Am 3weeks Post Left Lower Molar Extraction And Bone

I am 3weeks post left lower molar extraction and bone graft for an abscess. The stitches popped around day 10. The dentist removed the rest and the bandaid. Healing by granulation. Still having shooting pain in the ear, jaw, starting to affect the lips. Sometimes the left cheek and eye area feels swollen. I have white spots in the back of the throat. Is my graft infected? What are my options? Should I see an ent or maxillofacial expert?
