I Am 4/5 Weeks Pregnant And Went In For Blood

I am 4/5 weeks pregnant and went in for blood tests yesterday. Yesterday afternoon I started bleeding a brown pinkish fluid that was light. This morning when waking up and going to the bathroom I bled heavier and darker with a decent clot. I am just worried and am wondering if it's anything to be concerned about?
I have mild crying as if I am getting my period but have been having these cramps for the past week with no bleeding.
