I Am 40 And I Have Not Had A Period

I am 40 and I have not had a period since October I took three pregnancy test and the all came back positive.The only symptoms I would say I have is my breasts were a little bigger and I feel sick a lot and my eating has picked up a little... But is it possible to have a false pregnancy results due to menopause because I am having night sweats???
