I Am 40 Have Lupus. I Have A Sharp Pain

I am 40 have lupus. I have a sharp pain in my left breast for the last couple of month, but in the last couple of weeks a vibrating almost shocking sensation is accompanying the pain. An ultrasound and mammogram show nothing wrong. What could this be and how can I get it to stop? I also had dry skin patches on both breaststroke before the ultasound.
