I Am 40 Years Old Taking Iron Supplement I Did

I am 40 years old taking iron supplement I did not get my period for 2 months I was also on Dianne 35 and stopped it in august I had my period twice in August and did not get my period after that. I'm getting lower back pain and abdominal pain like I used to get before my period but nothing.
