I Am 40 Years Young Lady With Two Kids. Uterous

I am 40 years young lady with two kids. Uterous removed for fibriod 13 years back. Have gained 10 to 12 Kgs weight in last 2 years. blood etst reports including RBL and H1B are normal. T3 is 122, T4 is 9.43 and TSH 6.43. What could be the reason for weight gain and swelling on arms. Is Thyrox 25 tablet beneficial. Is it early signs od possible diabetis ?
