I Am 40 Yrs Old Diagnosed With Migraines When I

I am 40 yrs old diagnosed with migraines when I was 17. When I was 24 I had an MRI that found a stroke. Recently I have been having on and off dizziness some pain in the back off my head and twitching in my right eye. I saw my eye doctor and everything looked fine with my vision.
