I Am 40 Yrs Old My Periods Are Not Regular

I am 40 yrs old my periods are not regular .I was very upset . last month my FSH level was 40 .I went to dr he suggested me to take progyluton now I am taking this tablet its been a month .I am trying to conceive but hot flashes are still there .what should I take with this medicine so I will conceive easily.
