I Am 41 And For A Few Months Now Have

I am 41 and for a few months now have been getting a sharp pain round by my left hand side of my side,which then goes underneath my bladder and my urine is strong.mainly the pain is in my back.whats causing this?,its also making me very tired and im drinking more and more fluids
