I Am 41 And Have Noticed And Fissure/skin Ulcer On

I am 41 and have noticed and fissure/skin ulcer on my labia minora near the clitoris , on the outside of the lip near the fold. I believe this was due to having nicked myself shaving followed by wiping with rough tissues which caused the ulcer like description. No other changes as far as discharge. There is a possibility I'm entering into perimenopaus. What can i do for treatment & healing?
