I Am 41 Had A Tkr...terrible Scar Tissue And Adhesions.

I am 41 had a tkr...terrible scar tissue and adhesions. ..femoral component too large ...need surgery bad. I ama personal trainer with 60° flexion. ..who in is the best in the country to help me ,..i am in terrible pain and developing horrible back problems and now a hip issue....it is throwing my gate off ...this is ruining my life. Please ,,,can you help me?
