I Am 41 Year Old Female Suffering With High Bp

I am 41 year old female suffering with high bp and blood sugar, three to four month back i have severe pain in my back and shoulder and at night my vain in leg stretched out and it is very painfull. After taking methycobol injection 500mg twice a week it is going better. please let me know how frequent i can take this as same conditions re-occur recently.
