I Am 41 Yr Old Female, For About A Month

I am 41 yr old female, for about a month or so I have been having sharp pains above my left hip, mostly when I stand up, but now it's worse and I have been spotting for almost a week...normal periods for me only last 3 days with heavy bleeding on the first day...it's not even time for my period
