I Am 41 Yr Old Male, 2 Yrs Back I

I am 41 yr old male, 2 yrs back i felt gradual loss of hearing and undergone stapedotomy. After that my hearing improved for a while again i faced a gradual hearing loss. Doctors told because of incomalleous joint fixation. Again did surgery and one more implant fixed (cost of surgery one lakh rupees ).Now one side hearing completely gone doctors are telling to do one more surgery. Please give me clear picture of my condition and suggest doctors name also.
