I Am 41 Yrs Old 5'2.170lbs..3 Nights Ago I Rolled/pinched

I am 41 yrs old 5'2.170lbs..3 nights ago I rolled/pinched my right breast reaching into a washer...for like 5 hrs it burned really bad..now I have a big red circle mark w a large bump under my skin next to my nipple..today I notice if u touch the lump at all i get draining from my nipple...im concerned i may have damaged something in my breast..ty
