I Am 41yrs Old Male And Over The Last Year

I am 41yrs old male and over the last year or so I have hade a constant pain in my feet and lower extremities legs and hips. The pain is a dull pain that is there all the time but worsens upon standing. Once I have walked for a few minutes the pain is not a severe but is still there. It is worse on initial movement and or weight baring but as I move it is not as severe. The pain never goes away and has made it to where I have trouble running or jogging. Walking is manageable but the pain is a constant. Mid day I am very sleepy due to the pain. What could this be?
