I Am 42 Years Old With 5 Children. I Have

I am 42 years old with 5 children. I have no health problems. I am not on any medication. I have had heavy bleeding with large blood clots for over a month. I was given a transvaginal ultrasound that came back saying uterus appears normal size with no mass but I have significant thickening of the endometrial stripe measuring 22mm in thickness.no fibroids but follicular cysts seen within the right ovary. Should I worry this could be cancerous..
