I Am 42 Years Old,I Have Been To The Er

I am 42 years old,I have been to the er many times,I have been server pain in left side under ribs,I started today getting short of breath just by push mowing a very small yard after making to passes ,I have been sweating pretty bad,but it is like a really sticky sweat,And I have been under alot of stress,I am very scared about this.Every since obama care has kicked in I can't find a doctor,I have insurance
