I Am 42 Yo WF With History Of Endometriosis With

I am 42 yo WF with history of Endometriosis with cyclic LLQ ABD pain with fever greater than 102 and WBC as high as 33.2 recently with elevated neutrophils. Pain fever and WBC elevation occurs at time of menses every month for past 4 months. Also occurred periodically between 2002 and 2007 but had 2 babies back to back then Mirena placed and was pain free and well from 2007 until may 2016. With last hospitalization lupus panel drawn and ANA positive and doub stranded DNA 23. All other lupus test negative as of yet. On prednisone with no relief of pain.
