I Am 43. I Have Been Having A Constant Dull

I am 43. I have been having a constant dull ache in my lower abdomin on the right side for a day and a half. Several years ago I had an ovarian cyst that burst. By the time I was tested, it was over...about 14 hours. Should I be concerned that this is lasting longer and further to the right side than before?
