I am 43 year old Bp 94/140 and sugar 180/210 I am taking envas 10mg morning for Bp and 5 mg night and for sugar I am taking Amrayl m 2mg 1tablet in morning and 1/2 at night but I am getting head heaving after half an hour after breakfast want to know why
