I Am 43 Year Old Female.Past History Of 2 LUSCS

I am 43 year old female.Past history of 2 LUSCS ,thermal ablation and lap.srerilisation. now lower abdominal pain and discomfort sharp pain radiating to private parts. USG revealed that two hyper echoic fibroids.they are small size 1.8 cm. Can they cause pain? What should I do to get rid of the pain?
