I Am 43 Years Old Great Health And Had A

I am 43 years old great health and had a TIA at work this past Tuesday. Rushed to the ER and stayed a few days in the hospital. No risk factors and they have not found a cause, CAT scans and MRI are all clean. More testing being done. That being said I had an IV put in during my stay in the crook of my arm. It started to hurt and they changed it stating they used too big of a needle probably. Anyway its been a few days and it hurts, looks slightly bruised and a little swollen. Should I be worried?
