I am 43 yr old. A few days ago I woke up with a hard, painful lump in my right breast under the nipple. The lump is very rough when you feel it and you can even see it under the skin when I look in the mirror. It has been a couple of day and the lump is spreading all the way around the nipple and it itches, burns and is very painful to the touch. Is it an infection can a cancer lump appear over night.
