I Am 44 F. Currently On Several Prescribed Meds. I

I am 44 F. Currently on several prescribed meds. I couple of weeks ago I got a bladder infection and was put on antibiotics. I have a bad back and torn ligaments below my right knee. A few days ago the opening area of my vagina as well a bit inside began to get sore (no intercourse for several months). Today its burning and it hurts to wipe with toilet paper. Is there something over the counter that will be safe?? I have a Dr's appt on dec 28th. please help. Michelle
