I Am 44, Female And Have High Blood Pressure And

I am 44, female and have High Blood Pressure and am taking Lisinopril. I am experiencing feelings of extreme fatigue with what feels like an elevated heart rate at the same time. I don't have a BP monitor handy, due to being at work. I have felt this way all day. I have not missed any doses of my meds and am not feeling sick in any other way.
