I Am 44 Now. Last Year After My Menses I

I am 44 now. Last year after my menses I found soreness in right labia minora. In a week went to the Gynaec as it became an abcess. She drained it and it was painful. After 2-3 months after periods same thing and same place, got it drained. Nothing after that. Now after a year, today 1st day of menses I feel my labia minora very sore and painful. Checked it and saw no abscess but swelling and soreness. Can I use Fucicort until I show it to a Gynaec in the afternoon tomorrow ?
