I Am 44 Year Old Female. I Have Meneire’s And

I am 44 year old female. I have Meneire’s and migraines. Lately I have been experiencing a whooshing sound in the side of my head that my ear has been disconnected on. On that same side there is a lot of pressure in the temple. It isn’t like my migraine pain. The whooshing can be painful at times. I have constant ringing from the Meneire’s. This all seems to be getting worse. Is it just a combination of the MD and the migraines or do I need to go back to my neurologist or could something be worse.
