I Am 44 Years Old, And Lately I Have Been

I am 44 years old, and lately i have been experiencing hot flashes ( but not the sweaty kind. ) My upper chest becomes extremely hot and red as if i had a sun burn. My moods have been up and down, one minute i am happy then the next im flying off the handle. I have IBS, but for the last 2-3 weeks i have not had any issues, sorry for the bluntness, but i have been have bowel movements twice a day, this is not normal for me. Weight-loss is also not normal for me but i have lost over 10 lbs so far. Just wondering what i am experiencing is. Thank you.
