I Am 44 Years Old ,last Month I Took Biotin

I am 44 years old ,last month I took Biotin because my hair was falling then I started to gain a lot of weight so I stopped it and started taking Collagen ,my question is my period is five days late and this never happened before ,I am scared to death that I might be pregnant ,can the medicine I took cause this or menopause ,or I might be pregnant ,thank you.
