I am 44 yr female complete hysterectomy but was told umbilical hernia a year ago doc did nothing said tear was to small I lifted a heavy box and felt a tearing feeling now constant pain and pulling I also have a full incision from gallbladder removed 23 years ago all the way across my tummy above this area that also showed small hernia but this is unbearable two days
