I am 45. Routine USG revealed my prostrate size 4.5x3.78x3.55 cm an d vol 31.59 cc. I am suggested to take 1 tab Veltam F 0.4 mg at bedtime. Should I start the medication? Is it safe to start medication at such an early age? Can I discontinue? I do not have any acute problem, except that I need to wait for a second or third stream to clear my urine.
