I Am 45 Almost 46 Years Old. I Notice Last

I am 45 almost 46 years old. I notice last night that my left ankle to my foot is swollen I'm 5*5130 I have no pain and haven't injured any part of my leg ankle or foot. I'm very concerned.do you have any idea of what this may be caused from?also its only on my left ankle and foot and it started last night.thank you
