I Am 45 And Am 2 Weeks Post Op From

I am 45 and am 2 weeks post op from a partial hysterectomyou (uterus and cervix removed). I had no bleeding or discharge until yesterday. Now I have quite a bit of discharge, mostly watery with a little blood. Ànd the smell is very foul. It has a fishy smell. Could this be an infection and could I wait to call my gyn. On Monday or distribution is need to go to the ER this weekend?
