I Am 45 And Feel Like With Every Bite I
I am 45 and feel like with every bite I take, I gain weight, and my belly, OMG, it feels as if I am pregnant, and 100% that's not the case.
I love croissants, snaking, I try to run 2 miles a day, but no matter what I eat and it really isn't a lot, I feel like a balloon!
There is plenty of stress involved, monitored thyroid disorder w/no medication; disappearing periods for the last 2 years; extreme headaches, moodiness and overall body weakness.
What am I doing wrong?
