I Am 45, In January I Had An Ectopic Pregnancy.

I am 45, in January I had an ectopic pregnancy. Since then I am noticing light brown discharge not everyday but just about and I am getting cysts in my groin and on my vagina over the last few months. I had 11 ultrasounds in January while pregnant and have had a pap smear everything came back good. The discharge though is bothering me cause its making me self conscious, no odor
