I Am 45 Year Old Male. No Other Symptoms Other

I am 45 year old male. No other symptoms other than body rash from neck to lower abdomen. No itching just a little more tired than usual the past couple of weeks. Had a small sore throat for a day or so and slight itchy throat last week. Rash hasn't gone away in a week and a half. What do you think? Maybe weak case of strep?
