I Am 45 Years Old, Had A Tubal 15 Years

I am 45 years old, had a tubal 15 years ago and an endometrial ablation 7 years ago. I have very sore breasts have not had a real period since the ablation only spotting here and there. I took two pregnancy tests both negative. I really have no other symptoms of pregnancies other than May of gained a little weight what could the problem be?
