I Am 45 Years Old With 3 Lovely Children. I

I am 45 years old with 3 lovely children. I would like to conceived my period is reggular i have done all the examens ultrasound many etc... .and every month i am ovulated when i checked is ok. In november i had a miscariage of 3 month pregnancy. Now everything is back normal i am still ovulated. My doctor prescribe me medication to start taken now in my 14 days of my fertility . My question it is about i am still have a change to conceive?
